Established in 2010, Generation Housing Development (“GHD”) is a fully integrated developer of multifamily communities. GHD concentrates its development efforts on families and seniors in Texas and Oklahoma living on moderate or fixed incomes. By utilizing financing structures such as: Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Tax-Exempt Bonds, and other grants and subsidies from federal, state, and local municipalities GHD is able to create safe, quality apartment communities that lease at an affordable rate. Adrian Iglesias, Principal and Founder of GHD, offers over 19 years of experience in the LIHTC industry and has originated 4,000 units throughout Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Illinois, and Indiana with total development costs exceeding $385,000,000. Adrian utilizes his knowledge of financing structures such as: LIHTC, HUD, TCAP, USDA, and other grants and subsidies from all levels of government to successfully procure these developments.

South Creek Development

Formed in 2017 by Charlie Heritage, South Creek Development (“South Creek”) serves families and seniors in Georgia, the Carolinas, and Virginia who live on moderate or fixed incomes. Charlie is able to leverage his extensive knowledge of Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), grants and subsidies from federal, state, and local municipalities to secure financing for projects and to provide safe, secure, and affordable housing of the highest quality. Charlie Heritage, Managing Principle and Founder of South Creek, has been active in the industry for 15 years and offers an extensive construction management background. Charlie has originated over 800 units throughout Georgia and the Carolinas and utilizes his knowledge of affordable financing structures combined with his construction background to ensure a successful development.

Timshel Development Group

Formed in 2017 by Todd Wind and Brian Waterfield, Timshel Development Group (“Timshel”) serves families and seniors in Florida and Georgia who live on moderate or fixed incomes. Todd and Brian are able to leverage their extensive knowledge of Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Tax-Exempt Bonds, and other grants and subsidies from federal, state, and local municipalities to secure financing for projects and to provide safe, secure, and affordable housing to the tenants they serve. Todd and Brian have a combined 20 years of affordable housing experience and leverage that experience to ensure successful developments.
