Bob Long
Managing Partner
Bob Long is a Managing Partner at Hill Tide Partners, LLC. Bob is responsible for overseeing strategic partnerships in the Southeast and Texas. He has more than 18 years of real estate acquisitions and management experience, including more than 14 years of LIHTC acquisitions and closing responsibilities. Prior to founding Hill Tide Partners, Bob worked for two nationally recognized tax credit syndicators, a leading global consulting firm, and a national multifamily REIT. Bob received both a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida.

Dan Winters
Managing Partner
Dan Winters is a Managing Partner at Hill Tide Partners, LLC. Dan is responsible for overseeing partnerships in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest and has over 14 years of LIHTC acquisitions experience. Previously, Dan was responsible for originations and acquisitions for two nationally recognized tax credit syndicators, one for eight years in the Midwest and one for six years in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Texas. Dan received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Sharonda Burton
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO of Hill Tide Partners, Sharonda is responsible for all accounting functions and financial reporting requirements of the company as well as its partners. Sharonda received a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) from Jackson State University and a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University. She is a licensed certified public accountant in Virginia and Georgia. Before joining Hill Tide Partners, Sharonda worked for three top 20 public accounting firms as an auditor.

Michael Meyer
Director of Development
As Director of Development at Hill Tide Partners, Michael works with the analysts and regional development partners from application through project stabilization. He has been in the LIHTC industry for 10 years and has previous experience in banking and insurance. Prior to joining Hill Tide, Michael worked with another southeastern LIHTC developer and was involved in the construction of 1,400 units with total development costs exceeding $250 million. Michael attended Clemson University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. He resides in Charleston, SC with his wife, Gillian, and their two sons.

Taylor Koch
Developer
Taylor Koch is a Development Officer responsible for opportunities in Ohio and the Midwest. Taylor has over 10 years of experience with the LIHTC program, having worked at two housing credit agencies and two non-profit developers. Previously, Taylor served at the Director of Multifamily Housing at the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA), where he led a 25-member staff in the administration of over $1.3 billion annually in 9% LIHTCs, 4% LIHTCs, tax-exempt bonds, and soft subsidy programs. A lifelong Buckeye, Taylor received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science, a Master of Public Administration, and a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University.

Jason Andrejchak
Senior Analyst
As Senior Analyst at Hill Tide Partners, Jason is responsible for the financial analysis of projects, maintaining the company development models, pipeline, and construction draw management. He is also responsible for assisting the partners in day-to-day debt and equity tasks as well as overseeing property financials that help accomplish the company’s long-term goals. Jason has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Emory University, where he was part of the Emory University Men’s Soccer Team. Before joining Hill Tide Partners, Jason worked as a banking analyst for Brown Brothers Harriman in their New York and Charlotte offices.

Eli Lenner
Analyst
As an Analyst at Hill Tide Partners, Eli is responsible for the financial analysis of developments and acquisitions, maintenance of models, diligence, and working with various stakeholders on the development and management of Hill Tide projects. Eli has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from New York University. Before joining Hill Tide Partners, Eli worked in real estate valuations for Bowery Valuations in New York.

Charlie Heritage
South Creek Development - Managing Partner
Charlie has been active in the industry for 15 years and offers an extensive construction management background. Prior to forming South Creek, Charlie began his career in multifamily housing as a Superintendent for John Kavanagh Homes. After several years in the field, Charlie went to work for Weavercooke Construction as a Project Engineer and then Project Manager leading up to his role as Vice President of Weaver-Kirkland Development. He has originated over 800 units throughout Georgia and the Carolinas and utilizes his knowledge of affordable financing structures combined with his construction background to ensure successful developments. Charlie resides in Greensboro, NC with his wife, Kelly, and their three daughters

Andy has more than 14 years of real estate acquisition and financing experience, including over seven years in the LIHTC industry. He utilizes his experience in real estate development and extensive knowledge of affordable financing structures to ensure successful developments. Andy received a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management, with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from Clemson University.

Brian Waterfield
Timshel Development - Managing Partner
Mr. Waterfield started Timshel Development after nine years serving as Director of Business Reporting for an Orlando based Multifamily Management Company. In this capacity, Mr. Waterfield oversaw all financial and operational reporting for an Affordable Management Company consisting of over 150 communities and in excess of 30,000 units nationwide. Mr. Waterfield earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration from Rollins College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Todd Wind
Timshel Development - Managing Partner
Mr. Wind founded Timshel after nearly 4 years serving as VP of Development for an Orlando based Multifamily Developer, 6 years in Acquisitions and Asset Management at a NYC-based Multifamily Developer and 3 years leading the Revenue Management Team at an Orlando based Multifamily Management Company. Mr. Wind has successfully closed numerous real estate transactions across multiple states in excess of $100 million in value. Mr. Wind earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Management from Colorado State University.

Adrian Iglesias
Generation Housing Development - Managing Partner
Adrian Iglesias, President and Founder of Generation Housing Development, offers over 19 years of specialized experience in Multifamily Residential Development. Adrian has originated 4,000 units throughout Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Illinois, and Indiana with total development costs exceeding $385,000,000. Adrian utilizes his knowledge of financing structures such as LIHTC, HUD, TCAP, USDA as well as federal grants, state subsidies and partnerships to successfully procure these developments. Adrian manages his projects from concept to completion with careful collaboration. From site selection, feasibility, application, finance and stabilization, Adrian ensures that yields are maximized, support is granted from civil leaders and communities are enhanced.

Chris Applequist
Generation Housing Development - Managing Partner
Chris has over 12 years of experience in multifamily development and has successfully developed approximately 2,700 units consisting of student housing, senior housing, conventional market-rate apartments, luxury condominiums, and affordable apartments. Chris joined GHD in 2017 and was previously a senior development associate with one of the largest affordable housing developers in the country, overseeing development activities throughout the southwest. Mr. Applequist holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of North Texas and a Master’s Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of Texas in Arlington.

Travis Barber
Generation Housing Development - Associate
Travis received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 2018 and offers a combined four years of experience in design and construction of commercial and residential developments. Travis most recently worked for a large civil engineering consultant in Austin. He has worked in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and City of Austin on a variety of projects, with an emphasis on urban multi-family and mixed-use developments. Travis uses his background in construction and civil engineering to help manage projects as they progress through design, permitting and construction.
