Charlotte, NC –Hill Tide Partners, in conjunction with our Partner, South Creek Development, are excited to announce the closing and construction start of Albemarle Landing. Albemarle Landing will be a 128-unit family development located at 5800 Albemarle Road in Charlotte, North Carolina (across from the old Eastland Mall site). The development is scheduled to be completed in Q2 2023 and will have sixty-four (64) 2 bedroom/ 2 bath units and sixty-four (64) 3 bedroom/ 2 bath units. There will be four residential buildings onsite along with one community building and leasing center. Amenities at Albemarle Landing will include a community room, computer center, playground, outdoor sitting area with benches, covered picnic area and Gazebo. The units will be targeted to 50%, 60%, and 70% AMI. Additionally, 10% of the units will be targeted to persons with disabilities. WeaverCooke is the General Contractor.
